    sys/vfs/hammer: Change obsolete hammer_ioc_reblock fields to reserved
    
    record_count and record_moves fields in
    hammer_ioc_reblock are not used and not necessary.
    
    These fields were used when there was a distinction
    between data and meta reblock (see bf686dbe). Meta
    reblock is now a part of data reblock, so these two
    are no longer used.
