    drm: msleep() must not sleep forever
    
    * In some cases, the msleep() implementation called tsleep() with a
      timeout value of zero, making the calling thread sleep forever.
    
    * Ensure tsleep() is always called with a minimal timeout value of
      one tick to avoid this situation.
