    dev/drm: Implement kqueue support; Wake up blocking reads
    
    * Add a call to drm_event_wakeup() in drm/radeon.
    
    * Flesh out the stubbed kqueue support.
    
    * Blocking reads were not woken up because of a typo in the wakeup call.
