    kernel/msdosfs: Merge deName and deExtension in the direntry struct.
    
    * winChkSum() in msdosfs_conv.c was assuming that deExtension was
      following deName in memory, which is meh.
    
    * While here, add some include guards and put some reserved bytes
      explicitly in the structs.
    
    This is basically r203827 from FreeBSD.
