    kernel - turn off auto-socket sizing
    
    * Turn off automatic socket sizing for NFS sockets.  Otherwise the socket
      buffer might be reduced to the point where the mbuf interface refuses
      to queue w/EMSGSIZE.
    
      TODO: We need a better fix.
