    kernel: Remove unused functions vop_panic() and vfs_std{,un}mount().
    
    vop_panic()'s last usage was removed in 2009 (in bdc5802715465c8)
    while vfs_stdmount() and vfs_stdunmount() were inherited from FreeBSD
    but never used at all.
