    acpi: Clean up acdragonfly.h a bit.
    
    * Add ACPI_USE_DO_WHILE_0 to enclose (debug) macros in a do {} while (0)
      loop per our style(9).
    
    * Remove unused __cli() and __sti().
    
    * Shuffle things around a bit to reduce #ifdef _KERNEL ... sections.
