    installer - Several improvements
    
    - Improved detection of the booting media (LiveCD)
    - Sets TTY variable correctly for vkernel. This way its only
      console won't be filled up with messages that mess up menus.
    - Detect 'TTY_INST' variable which means the installer was called
      from the LiveDVD's installDragonFly.sh script.
