    kernel/vtnet: Replace a kmalloc by contigmalloc.
    
    * To get physically contiguous memory, we have to use contigmalloc instead
      of kmalloc.
    
    * Use a 2 byte alignment to make sure that a 2 byte local variable is
      stored in physically contiguous memory.
