    initrd: Fix installation during make release
    
    * mkinitrd needs to know ramdisk images are to be installed in
      ${DESTDIR}/boot/kernel and not just /boot/kernel
    
    * ${DESTDIR}/boot/kernel also has to exist first. Create it with
      mtree(8)
