    mdocml: tweak mandocdb(8) database creation
    
    Since the current apropos(1) has a few issues, it's desirable to
    switch to mdocml's version.  In order to do this, tweak the handling
    of MLINKS.  While there, be a bit nostalgic about apropos(1) output.
