    libc/nftw: Bring in some fixes from FreeBSD.
    
    * Silently skip directories causing loops (instead of erroring with ELOOP).
    
    * Refresh OpenBSD CVS IDs.
    
    * Don't check maxfds against OPEN_MAX.
