    kernel - Fix rare buffer cache deadlock
    
    * cluster_collectbufs() was improperly using a blocking vfs/bio calls
      to find nearby buffers, which can deadlock against multi-threaded
      filesystems.
    
    * Only occurs in the write path, probably only H2 is affected.
