    kernel - Enhance sysv semaphore performance
    
    * Make the locks used by the semaphore module significantly more
      fine-grained.
    
    * Reorganize the semaphore related structures significantly to
      reduce locking conflicts.
    
    * Reduce overhead and improve performance for handling SEM_UNDO semops.
