    Bring in recent mktemp(1) changes from FreeBSD
    
    Support the Sun/GNU/FreeBSD extension of mktemp
    returning a file1 in /tmp when called without a path.
    
    This also minimizes the difference between the DragonflyBSD
    and FreeBSD version of the man page.
