    mdoc: Silence a few mdocml (mandoc) warnings and errors.
    
    * Move CAVEATS section to the end of the page.
    * Miscelaneous other fixes (taken from FreeBSD).
    * Bump dates.
    
    Found-with: mandoc -Tlint
