git: killall - Add support for pts specifications

    killall - Add support for pts specifications
    
    * killall -t <number> now uses /dev/pts/<number> instead of
      /dev/tty<number>.
    
      killall -t <alpha>* continues to use /dev/tty<alpha>*.
