:    except that 64bits mask array is used.

:    Things like (1UL << $const_val) does not work in .s file; currently
:    "movq $1,%rcx; shlq $const_val,%rcx;" is used instead.

    Nice cleanup and nice move to a larger bitmap for ipending!
