git: Adjust ktrdump(8) for the ktr(4) changes

    Adjust ktrdump(8) for the ktr(4) changes
    
    - On i386, we need to extend logged integers to be at least
      int-sized like vprintf expects.
    - On x86_64, we unpack the logged arguments into a va_list according
      to the x86_64 ABI rules and then pass it to kvprintf.
