    subr_disk - Implement create_named & bounds_check
    
    * Implement a disk_create_named to allow disks to be arbitrarily named,
      not necessarily <driver name><unit>.
    
    * Implement a bounds_check_with_mediasize, which bound-checks a bio
      against a given media size and sector size.
