    dsched - Implement priorities and other improvements
    
    * Implemented fq priority support. This also includes the userland tool
      ionice.
    
    * Implement an exit_buffer hook to be able to clean up bufs before they
      are reused.
    
    * Some minor performance improvements in fq.
