    CONFIG - add NULLFS
    
    * add option NULLFS to all kernel config files, as nullfs is more or
      less a requirement for a hammer system due to pfs.
    
    * Incidentally this solves problems when mounting /usr and other PFS
      when the modules are out of sync with the kernel; for example after a
      bad buildkernel and using an old kernel.
