    DEVFS - delete rule-created aliases on rule reset
    
    * add a new devfs flag, DEVFS_RULE_CREATED, which is set for alias
      nodes created from within the rule system.
    
    * On rule reset, if a node is an alias and has the flag set, it is
      unlinked and freed.
