    Sync zoneinfo database with tzdata2009e from elsie.
    
    asia:           8.26 -> 8.29
    
    * Jordan has been going to DST on the last Friday in March since 2002
      and not on the last Thursday.
    
    * Palestine started DST midnight, March 26 and will end midnight,
      September 27.
