    Change references from FreeBSD.
    
    Add BSD-Systems (from Wiki).
    
    Add paragraph about FTP (from FreeBSD Handbook).
    
    Use the generated FTP list (via entity). (Todo: The XML for this needs
    to be committed too, or this will show the long FreeBSD list.)
    
    Add some CVS tags.
    
    Todo: Should Crescent Anchor entry be moved
    (and where is their DragonFly CD link)?
    
    Todo: is RELENG_1_0_RELEASE a real tag?
