Completely agree with Aggelos.  What was wrong with the
master <files> <commit id> line?
Especially the string generated by git-describe is IMO a waste of space. What
is so special if one can see that we are n commits ahead of 2.1.1 ?
it is shorter than the 32-character commit id.  The original mail script 
placed it at the end, but that script also didn't list the changed files.

I think I don't mind the ID being in front, but I could live without 
"DragonFly-"
