The plan is to put a package on the CD so that the netbooting option in
the installer continues working.
That means systems being freshly installed from the CD would have dhcpd
in /usr/pkg. However, running systems which are upgraded from an earlier
DragonFly version will no longer have it and need to install it from pkgsrc.
