  Define TARGET_PLATFORM matching TARGET_ARCH.
  
  This way we don't have to specify TARGET_ARCH *and* TARGET_PLATFORM for
  crossbuilds.  Of course this should be generalized, etc, but as we just
  have two platforms for now, this is no problem yet.
