Don't thank me too early, I had to disabled the patches for a short
time due to my lack of clue on the contrib patch system.  I apologize
for the churn in CVS.  However, they are now in place so you should be
able to build from the current 1.4 sources and have a patched binary.
You can verify your binary is patched with:

sendmail -d0.101

It should show version 8.13.4.20060308.  The HEAD will show 8.13.6.
