cvs commit: src/sys/conf options.amd64 options.i386 src/sys/dev/misc/syscons scgfbrndr.c scvgarndr.c src/sys/i386/conf LINT

Should we move the comments from LINT into the options files and
generate the LINT file from the options files ?  That way we don't
have to maintain duplicate lists of kernel config options.
