The actual file as committed hasn't changed, but the admin tag now
indicates that it is a binary so the checkout code is producing an
uncorrupted version of it.
I was worried that the mirrors may have fetched a bad copy yesterday
just the way I did -- and may still have a bad copy the same way I
would if I hadn't deleted yesterday's copy.
I don't know enough about the way mirrors update to know if this is
a possibility.
