    Well, more like 'take your best guess based on the context', but
    generally speaking you are correct.  I wonder though if we should 
make
    an explicit source header that we then require be present (even for
    my own commits).
Now, that seems like that its just being too picky. We haven't had any
problems so far. I can't imagine anything large that could come up
anyways...
