That might be good, esp. for doing searches... the variation in
"submitted-by", "reported-by", "obtained-from", "inspired-by", etc, is
fine if it's a human reading the commit message, but it would probably
end up kind of messy if we ever wanted to mechanize it.  I don't know
how big a deal this is, though... while I like organization, sometimes I
wonder if excessive levels of organization don't foster breauracracy.

Anyway, whatever - I'll try to be clear as I can without going overboard
in the future.
