  DFports cleanup part 2
  
  Remove now obsolete Mk/ files. If you really want to override them,
  adjust /usr/share/mk/bsd.dfport.mk to include "bsd.port.mk" and modify
  it to include the file you want to change. This should not be necesary
  for normal ports.
