I can kldload it and get:

nv0: <NVIDIA nForce MCP2 Networking Adapter> port 0xec00-0xec07 mem
0xe4000000-0xe4000fff irq 11 at device 4.0 on pci0

And then kldload hangs and doesn't show up in ifconfig output.
