DragonFly src repository

  Modified files:
    contrib/gcc-3.3      README.DRAGONFLY 
  Log:
  This isn't binutils, it's GCC. Refer to the correct location in the
  source tree and add a note that README.DRAGONFLY and README.DELETED
  should be kept in the repository. With these two files it is possible
  to reconstruct the contrib content, even after physically removing the
  former distribution.
