Nuno Antunes's netgraph7 rework ad9efc7b235e explicitly references #2549
and fixes duplicate socket-item apply callbacks and their item lifetime.
The later cfb360d8bbe9 moves final-reference completion into ng_unref_item().

2. Do kldload ng_mppc ng_iface  ng_ppp ng_tee  ng_l2tp  ng_ksocket  ng_eiface  ng_tcpmss  ng_vjc
3. Start ngctl
4. type "debug 100"
5. type "list"
6. kernel panic
