Issue #2526 has been updated by sigttou.

File 0001-hammer-compare-local-calendar-days.patch added

The attached patch compares local calendar dates for whole-day cleanup periods, without subtracting their daylight-saving offsets. Consecutive local dates then count as one day even when the intervening day has only 23 hours.
The shorter periods keep their existing mktime calculation.

Bug #2526: hammer cleanup doesn't run on first day of DST
http://bugs.dragonflybsd.org/issues/2526#change-14813

* Author: pavalos
* Status: New
* Priority: Normal
* Category: Userland
* Target version: 6.4
* Start date: 2013-03-10
----------------------------------------
The logic in check_period() will compute to 23 hrs. going from standard time to daylight saving time, so if the period is 1d, hammer cleanup will skip for the day.
