[DragonFlyBSD - Bug #3217] rescue tools: make install fails if rescue folder doesn't exist

Issue #3217 has been updated by sigttou.

File 0001-initrd-create-rescue-directory.patch added

A direct `make install` in `initrd` can still fail when `/rescue` does not exist. The first install command creates a file named `/rescue`, then installing the scripts fails because that path is not a directory.

The attached patch creates `${DESTDIR}/rescue` before installing the rescue tools.
