Issue #3232 has been reported by liweitianux.

----------------------------------------
Bug #3232: tun/tap: get error message 'create: bad value' when the interface already exists
http://bugs.dragonflybsd.org/issues/3232

* Author: liweitianux
* Status: New
* Priority: Low
* Assignee:
* Category: Networking
* Target version: master
----------------------------------------
When the interface already exists, ifconfig complains 'create: bad value', which is not clear enough compared to say that the interface already exists.

Example:
# ifconfig tun0 create
# ifconfig tun0 create
ifconfig: create: bad value
