Hello,

Little fixes to kdump.1 and ktrace.1 manual pages, most of them inspired by OpenBSD:

* Add note about -f option overriding the default file,
* Add FILES section,
* Remove .Tn macros (mandoc recommends not using it due to uselessness and inconsistency, see http://man.openbsd.org/mdoc.7#Tn),
* Add relevant .Xr cross references.
