Bug #3035: panic: assertion "cpu >= 0 && cpu < ncpus" failed in netisr_cpuport at /usr/src/sys/net/netisr2.h:87

----------------------------------------
Hi,
I stumbled across a problem when using several jails (with ezjail) and alias IP addresses on two Ethernet interfaces (igb) on CURRENT.
The machine is equipped with two Ethernet interfaces that have assigned IPs in different sub nets. In addition each Ethernet interface has IP address aliases defined with a netmask of 0xffffffff.
The system crashes when attempting to start jails with ezjail (dmesg and backtrace output below).
At first I thought that it might be due to ezjail that is currently not supported on DragonFly.
But then after downloading latest ezjail version and bisecting through the git repo I found the commit that causes the crash to be
http://gitweb.dragonflybsd.org/dragonfly.git/commit/869aacee81e9c783c6d38709cfd252d1c441c0af
It is related to UDP traffic and number of CPUs available for socket handling.
The commit message is 'udp: Don't assume power of 2 netisrs.'
When reverting the changes of that commit (assuming power of 2 netisrs) on latest CURRENT the system does not crash anymore.
The applied patch is attached.
How can I help to resolve this issue?
Regards
Matthias
