1. Boot kernel with netgraph7 compiled (options NETGRAPH7 in kernel config file and WANT_NETGRAPH7=yes in /etc/make.conf)
2. Do kldload ng_mppc ng_iface  ng_ppp ng_tee  ng_l2tp  ng_ksocket  ng_eiface  ng_tcpmss  ng_vjc
3. Start ngctl
4. type "debug 100"
5. type "list"
6. kernel panic
