Issue #2041 has been updated by Sascha Wildner.

Status changed from New to Closed

I've tested the 8708EM2 and it works flawlessly here. I guess one of the updates which were done in the meantime fixed this bug.

Bug #2041: mfi driver panic: command not in queue
http://bugs.dragonflybsd.org/issues/2041

Author: Francois Tigeot
Status: Closed
Priority: Normal
Assignee: Sascha Wildner
Category:
Target version:

With a LSI 8708EM2 card, accessing a RAID1 volume leads to an instant "command
not in queue" kernel panic.

The panic which triggered the core dump described in the attached files was
generated by benchmarks/blogbench.
The same panic also occurs during installation from a live cd.

The problem exists on both i386 and x86_64.
