Bug #2428: Abnormally low UDP performance on DragonFly 3.1
Author: Francois Tigeot
Using net/iperf to measure UDP throughput performance on various
ethernet interface, I constantly get values of 1.05 Mb/s on recent
DragonFly 3.1 systems
Tested both with IPv4 and IPv6
Tested with 1Gb/s and 10Gb/s interfaces (em, re and ixgbe drivers)
