[issue2173] The installer should not add usbd to rc.conf

New submission from Juan Francisco Cantero Hurtado <iam at juanfra.info>:

The installer adds by default "usbd" to "rc.conf". With "usbd" running, Xorg
can't use my usb mouse (ums0) because the device is busy. With
"usbd"+"moused"+"/dev/sysmouse" in xorg.conf, the mouse doesn't work.

So, the installer installs a system with mouse support in console (is it
useful?) but blocking the correct operation of the mouse in X.
