Bug #2259: off_t type definition

Dear DragonFlyBSD bugs,

Whilst checking some software I wrote (on leaf.dragonflybsd.org), I
discovered that the

off_t

type is a signed value (on leaf.dragonflybsd.org).

On OpenBSD and FreeBSD, off_t is an unsigned value (which I assume is what
it is supposed to be).
