Are you using an RSA identity created for SSH protocol version 1?
The recent upgrade has changed something in readconf.c near a line containing

    if (options->protocol == SSH_PROTO_UNKNOWN)

which might affect you.

You can have an entry like this in your ~/.ssh/config:

Host leaf.dragonflybsd.org
  IdentityFile ~/.ssh/identity
