New submission from vasily postnicov <shamaz.mazum at gmail.com>:

When I work with console with active X session and then go back into X, mouse
cursor doesn't move. Leds on keyboard are not working too. I use PS/2 mouse if
it matters.

To reproduse the bug do the following:

1. Start X session.
2. Switch back to termianl (by pressing Ctrl-Alf-F<something>)
3. Do somthing
4. Switch back to X and wait short time.
5. Repeat if needed

Also X.org prints "/dev/psm0: Device is busy" message
