[issue1505] games/atc: replace sgtty with termios, remove #ifdef madness

Last patch courtesy of FreeBSD ports (although this patch actually retains atc 
functionality :)

- Remove sgtty calls in favour of termios calls
- Remove ifdef BSD/ifdef SYSV madness

More can still be done, but this makes the code compile and work on FreeBSD 8.x 
(which has sgtty removed).
